Job summary

Lotus Laser Systems designs, builds and supports industrial laser marking, engraving and cutting systems from our UK headquarters in Basildon. We supply standard and bespoke laser solutions to customers across industries. A practical, customer-focused Support Technician is sought to join our growing technical team.

The role involves onsite or remote support across the UK, with a mix of office and field work. Salary is £30-£35k plus a monthly performance bonus, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Fault-finding experience on equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Good IT, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide (overnight stays occasionally).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new laser systems.
• Carry out planned maintenance and repairs.
• Remote customer support.
