Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking an experienced engineer to join the DragonFire programme as the Effector System Project Engineer. You will manage external partners and oversee acceptance, final assembly, integration and test of the Effector sub-systems.

Working with Laser Source RMOs, you will coordinate interface management, technical deliverables and project development to drive DragonFire toward a deployable, high-energy LDEW air‑defence solution. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with external partners and suppliers.
• Proven ability to proactively engage stakeholders and build relationships.
• Ability to lead technical work packages with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance and delivery of the Effector sub-systems to final assembly, integration and test.
• Interface management with external partners and internal RMOs to support DragonFire evolution.
