Job summary

MBDA is seeking an Effector System Project Engineer for DragonFire in Bolton to support the delivery of external sub-systems and manage interfaces with partners. You will oversee acceptance, final assembly, integration and test of the Effector System in a transportable container assembly.

Reporting to the Effector Chief Systems Engineer, you will focus on acceptance and delivery, and help drive the evolution of DragonFire through robust project development and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience creating technical statements of work with external partners.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build project relationships.
• Ability to lead technical work packages with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Interface management with external partners (programmatic and technical).
• Acceptance and delivery of the Laser Source to final assembly, integration and test.
• Support integration of the Laser Source within the wider sub-system definition.
