Job summary

MBDA is seeking an Effector System Project Engineer for the DragonFire programme in Bristol. The role focuses on accepting, delivering and integrating sub-systems (Laser Source and Beam Director) with external partners, managed via a dedicated RMO structure.

Qualifications

• Worked with third party suppliers and developed technical statements of work and deliverables.
• Proactively engages stakeholders and builds relationships that will further the project.
• Lead technical work packages alongside experienced project managers, to demonstrate progress and balance technical risks.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance of and delivery of the Laser Source to final assembly, integration, and test.
• Support the functional integration of the Laser Source within the wider sub-system definition.
• Project development to evolve DragonFire's sub-systems and ensure ongoing delivery.
