Job summary

Advanced Resourcing Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced brake press setter to join a large sheet metal company. You will set and operate a CNC laser, work on Bystronic machines, and read engineering drawings to liaise with the design team.

The role involves handling mild steel, stainless and aluminium for bespoke products. The position offers a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract with rotating shifts (06:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30), starting at £14 for AM and £14.50 for PM.

Qualifications

• Read engineering drawings
• Experience on Bystronic machines is advantageous
• Comfortable with physical work

The Package

• Starting rate is £14 for the AM shift, £14.50 for PM shift
• Working hours is roating shifts, 06-2:30, 02:00, 10:30
