Our client in Nuneaton is seeking a permanent Laser Setter / Operator to join their team. You will operate a Bodor fibre laser cutting machine, set up parameters, and monitor throughput to ensure high-quality cuts.

The role includes occasional press brake setup and a focus on precision, meeting tight tolerances and maintaining strong communication with the team.

Laser Setter / Operator

Our client in Nuneaton is seeking a permanent Laser Setter / Operator to join their team. The role focuses on operating and setting a fibre laser cutting machine to achieve excellent cut quality and throughput.

Shift and pay

• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 07:15-17:45 (40 hours paid)
• Starting salary: £15-£16 per hour, depending on experience (approx. £33,280 per year)
• Permanent, full-time role (4-day a week)
• Opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a supervisory position in the future

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor a Bodor fibre laser cutting machine
