Job Title: Laser / Machine Operator

Location: Corby

Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts, 0600-2200

Pay: £23,000 - £26,000 (DOE)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Laser / Machine Operator to join our client's growing company, established for over 20 years. The company is a market-leading subcontract cutting service with strong values, based in Corby.

They are seeking a laser cutting operative to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves working alongside the factory team, with full training provided, to produce custom patterns and profiles, emphasizing quality control.

Job Responsibilities

1. Setting up and preparing machines before and after production.
2. Managing and overseeing the operation of the assigned machine.
3. Ensuring products match technical drawings and specifications.
