Bromford Industries Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Setter/Operator - Laser for our Manufacturing Department. You will operate laser equipment, read CNC codes, and prepare tooling according to procedures to achieve production targets.

The role is on the late shift (39 hours per week) with 16:30–02:30 Mon-Wed and 16:30–01:30 Thu. We value candidates with aerospace/manufacturing exposure, a quality mindset, teamwork, and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace/Engineering/Manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to read CNC codes and set up machines.
• Familiar with quality and manufacturing standards.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ownership.
• Willingness to learn and coach others.

Responsabilités

• Use and control of lasers per procedures.
• Read CNC code for machine setup and operation.
• Set up machines with required tooling per procedures.
• Carry out laser cutting to job cards; meet output targets.
• Inspect components using measuring equipment.
• Record TPM activities and maintain 5S areas.
