Job summary

Clark James Recruitment is recruiting for a Complex Personal Injury Claims Handler in the UK. The role involves managing high-value personal injury claims (motor) with Multi Track exposure, including reserving and proactive settlements within set authorities.

Experience with reinsurers and fatalities is a plus. You will report to the Large & Complex Loss Manager and handle your own caseload, while training and supporting junior team members, in a hybrid working environment with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in handling personal injury claims (motor).
• Experience with Multi Track claims.
• Understanding of case law, statute, CPR and Pre-Action Protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of new and existing Multi Track Third Party claims.
• Set and maintain reserves in line with reserving philosophy; negotiate settlements.
• Provide training and audits; act as a referral point for less experienced colleagues.
