Job summary

Large Format Litho Print Company in West Midlands seeks an experienced Large Format Litho Printer to operate a KBA press and deliver high-quality prints.

You will prepare and run jobs, check colour accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with studio and finishing teams to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a challenging, hands-on position with opportunities to optimise workflow and ensure consistent output.

Qualifications

• Be able to run a large format litho KBA press.
• Maintain press knowledge is an advantage.
• Produce high-quality large format litho material.
• Prepare and run jobs.
• Colour checking, quality control and troubleshooting.
• Work with studio and finishing teams.
• Plan workflow and meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a large format litho KBA printer to produce prints.
• Prepare materials, set up colour and run jobs to specification.
• Perform colour checks and quality control during production.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with studio/finishing.
• Plan workflow to ensure on-time delivery and multi-job handling.

Position: Large Format Litho Printer

Location: West Midlands

Salary: Up to £40k

Shifts: Triple rotation – (Mon-Fri 6am-1:30pm / 1:30pm-9pm / 9pm-6am)

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

• Be able to run the press, however maintaining is an advantage

• Colour checking, quality control and troubleshooting

• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
