Job summary

Hobs Repro in Bristol is seeking a Large Format Print Operator for the evening shift (3:30pm - Midnight). You'll join a busy production team, ensuring orders are produced accurately, efficiently and to high standards across wide-format prints.

You'll operate PrintFactory workflows, manage large-format printers and finishing equipment, and collaborate with day staff for smooth handovers. Previous large-format print experience is welcomed; a keen eye for detail and reliability are essential to

Responsibilities

• Creating, importing and pre-pressing files using PrintFactory.
• Printing using large-format flatbed and roll-fed printers.
• Laminating and finishing large-format work.
• Organising print workloads with the Production team.
• Cutting, weeding and applying cut vinyl graphics.
• Operating equipment including Zünd G3 L-2500, Arizona 480 GT, Colorado 1650 M5 and Summa S160.
• Ensuring every job is completed accurately and to a high standard.
• Communicating effectively with the day team for seamless handovers.

Large Format Print Operator

Location: Bristol, BS3 2TL

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!

Hours: Full-time, Permanent | 3:30pm - Midnight

The Role

We're looking for a Large Format Print Operator to join our Bristol team on our evening shift, working 3:30pm until Midnight.

Working alongside another member of the team, you'll play an important part in making sure customer orders are produced accurately, efficiently and to the high standards Hobs is known for.

You'll work closely with our Production team to organise and plan workloads, as well as communicating with the day team to ensure a smooth handover between shifts.

Ideally, you'll have at least one year's experience within large format print, but this isn't essential. If you have the right attitude, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
