Job summary

Class Technology Solutions (CTS) is seeking a Device Repairs Engineer to join our busy Service Centre in Crawley. You will diagnose and repair laptops and devices used by UK schools, and work with the Operations team to deliver high-quality service.

You should have experience in IT repair or technical support, plus skills in hardware repair and Windows configuration. Training will be provided to help you grow in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT repair or technical support.
• Experience building, repairing or upgrading computer hardware.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and restore laptops and other devices used by schools.
• Carry out hardware repairs, upgrades and modifications.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and document findings.
• Maintain ESD processes and workshop standards.
