Lansdowne Primary Academy, part of the Gateway Learning Community (GLC), is recruiting for an Assistant Head of School. The role is a permanent, full-time position with a Leadership Pay Scale ranging from L6 to L10.
Start date is September 2026 and closing date is 6 October 2026 (midday). The successful candidate will lead school-wide transformation to secure outstanding pupil outcomes and will participate in salary sacrifice benefits and career development opportunities.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole-school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for pupils. They must be able to evidence exceptional leadership as well as exemplary practice as a classroom practitioner.
