Lansdowne Primary Academy, part of the Gateway Learning Community (GLC), is seeking an Assistant Head of School to drive whole-school transformation and outstanding pupil outcomes.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole-school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for pupils. They must be able to evidence exceptional leadership as well as exemplary practice as a classroom practitioner. The final responsibilities for this role will be negotiated according to the successful candidates experience and ambitions.
