Job summary

Euroforest Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our Projects Team. You will oversee vegetation clearance, hard and soft landscaping contracts across the UK, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget control and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the General Manager (Projects), you will lead Contract Managers and site teams, drive ISO and HSE compliance, manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities and promote sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in risk management in line with standards.
• Extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO standards.
• CDM environment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SMSTS certificate and CSCS Black/gold status or willingness to progress.
• Strong business acumen and development focus.
• Time management and prioritisation to hit targets.
• Proficiency with IT systems, including Office 365.

Responsibilities

• O oversee delivery of vegetation clearance and landscaping contracts UK‑wide.
• O lead teams to align programmes with client requirements and regulations.
• O manage project costs, budgets and forecasts.
• O uphold ISO, HSE and environmental objectives across projects.
• O conduct inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
• O collaborate with Estimating and Quantity Surveying for outcomes.
• O maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and regulators.
• O drive business growth through new and existing contracts.
