Job summary

CGLA designs and builds exceptional gardens and landscapes across Buckinghamshire, the Home Counties and London, delivering technically interesting projects with pools, lighting, irrigation and bespoke features.

This hands-on Landscape Project Manager role takes ownership of delivery from pre-construction to completion, coordinating design, commercial and site teams to deliver on programme, quality and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-end landscape projects.
• Strong construction and landscaping knowledge.
• Ability to manage budgets and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the construction programme.
• Lead client liaison throughout the build and manage expectations.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials and specialist suppliers.
• Plan ahead for procurement and resource requirements.
• Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards across the project.
