Job summary

PPM Recruitment seeks a Landscaping Contracts Manager for a growing landscaping business in Wolverhampton. You will own a portfolio of projects, predominantly with housebuilder clients across residential developments, ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, profitably and to high standards.

• Experience with housebuilders and residential developments advantageous.
• Confident in client relationships and reporting using Excel.

• Act as main client contact and build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Plan labour, materials, plant and resources for projects.
• Monitor progress with site teams and resolve issues quickly.
• Review performance and identify cost/labour improvements.
