Ideal candidates will have GCSEs including English and Maths, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, with experience in an administrative environment or in the private rental sector. Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level as a minimum, including English and Maths.
• Ability to digest information quickly and communicate clearly to members.
• Experience in the private rental sector or social housing.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries from landlords through various communication methods.
• Provide informed advice regarding the private rental sector.
• Log details of calls for future reference.
