Job summary

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is looking for a proactive Landlord First Officer to join the Landlord Solutions Team. You will build and maintain strong relationships with private sector landlords and letting agents to improve access to private rented housing and support sustainable tenancies.

You should have experience in public service or housing, plus a Level 2 English and Maths qualification, and be confident in delivering customer-focused housing solutions for residents in need.

Qualifications

• Experience working with private landlords and letting agents.
• Understanding of homelessness legislation and private rented sector pathways.
• Ability to work independently within set guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with private sector landlords and letting agents.
• Support delivery of housing solutions by increasing access to private rented accommodation.
