Qualifications

• Aerospace avionics and systems engineering experience within aerospace.
• Knowledge of V&V activities and aircraft systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering team and in matrix organisations.
• Proactive, methodical, and detail-focused approach with ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development and modification of aircraft braking and steering systems.
• Collaborate with ATA32 engineers, signatories, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with Systems, Structures, Certification, Chief Engineering, Procurement and external vendors.
• Support Airbus Commercial ATA32 systems engineering activities.
• Assist in introducing new functionality into aircraft systems while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Ensure requirements are defined, cascaded and followed through the development lifecycle.
• Support system development to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Contribute to phase reviews and validation/verification activities.
• Ensure engineering work complies with safety and procedural standards.
• Coordinate work packages and activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver work on time, within cost and to quality expectations.
• Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks with integrity.
