Taylor Rose is seeking a Post Completion Administrator to support the Residential Property department in Peterborough. You will link post completion files to Conveyancer records, respond to client enquiries by telephone, and manage filing and archiving processes.

The role involves coordinating with Land Registry and mortgage lenders, handling post and priority searches, and ensuring timely completion of registration actions. Training is provided for Land Registry submissions and related tasks.

Competenze

• Experience in conveyancing or post completion is desirable but not essential.
• Experience submitting Land Registry applications ideal but training will be provided.
• Ability to manage own workload.
