Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren Limited in Manchester is seeking a Land Referencer to act as a key contact between affected parties, communities and project teams to support DCO and CPO submissions. You will work with Project Managers and GIS Specialists to collect and review land ownership data, ensure accuracy, and upload findings to our internal database, with occasional site visits.

A related degree, strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a land-related field (Geography/Geospatial Science/Planning/Land or Property Law)
• Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; results-driven
• Ability to manage large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data
• Awareness of GIS (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site and project locations
• Great team player with a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact between affected parties, communities and delivery teams for DCO/CPO submissions
• Work with Project Managers and GIS Specialists to collect, interpret and review land ownership data
• Identify, extract, verify and upload land data to the internal database
• Record and update land ownership data during site visits and stakeholder meetings
