Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren in Stirling is seeking a Senior Land Referencer to act as the primary liaison between affected parties, communities and delivery teams, delivering DCO and CPO Books of Reference for clients.

You will manage projects, identify and source data, utilise GIS, mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies while travelling to project sites with a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience of land referencing for DCO and CPO projects.
• Ability to mentor and train junior team members to maintain quality standards.
• Client-facing role requiring clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead in land referencing activities for DCO/CPO projects and manage data requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver Books of Reference.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and organisational policies and maintain accurate records.
