Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Land Referencer in the UK to lead land referencing for major DCO and CPO projects. You will act as a key contact between affected parties, communities, and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality Books of Reference and timely submissions.

You will manage data, identify sources, and mentor junior staff while working across Birmingham, London and Manchester offices, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in land referencing for DCO and CPO projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the land referencing process for DCO/CPO projects and manage delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and validate land ownership data.
• Mentor junior team members to support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and internal policies.
• Maintain and update Books of Reference and associated documentation.
