Zusammenfassung

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Land Referencer to drive land referencing for Development Consent Order and Compulsory Purchase Order projects. You will liaise with communities, clients and delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions and high-quality deliverables.

You will lead data gathering, licensing, GIS analysis and populate our internal land referencing system, while mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining rigorous standards across all workstreams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in land referencing for DCO and CPO projects.
• Knowledge of statutory processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to mentor and train team members to maintain quality.

Aufgaben

• Act as main contact between affected parties, communities and delivery teams for DCO/CPO submissions.
• Lead data sourcing, licensing and setup to maximise value of land data.
• Identify data sources, extract, verify and upload to internal land referencing system.
• Record and update land ownership data through stakeholder meetings.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and organisational policies.
• Maintain records and client updates for accurate billing.
