Job summary

JP Engineering is seeking an experienced Land & Engineering Surveyor to join our growing team in Bolton on a full-time basis. You will carry out topographical and engineering surveys, set out for construction and civil projects, and operate GPS, Total Station and modern survey equipment.

You will produce accurate survey data and reports while working closely with site teams and project managers. A full UK driving licence is required, and CAD experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying or engineering surveying.
• Proficiency with Leica/Trimble or similar equipment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

The Role

• Carrying out topographical and engineering surveys
• Setting out for construction and civil engineering projects
• Operating GPS, Total Station, and modern survey equipment
• Producing accurate survey data and reports
• Working closely with site teams and project managers
• Supporting projects from initial survey through to completion

Requirements

• Previous experience in land surveying or engineering surveying
• Experience using Leica, Trimble, or similar equipment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence
• CAD experience beneficial but not essential
