Job summary

JP Engineering is seeking a Surveyor/Junior Surveyor to join its team in Suffolk with UK-wide travel. The role involves performing topographic and engineering surveys, using Leica total stations, laser scanners and GPS, and producing survey data with AutoCAD.

Training and development are provided, with opportunities to advance in a growing surveying business. Ideal candidates have some surveying experience, can work independently, and are keen to build a career in surveying across varied UK

Qualifications

• Experience in topographic and/or engineering surveying.
• Underground utilities experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and deliver accurate surveys.

Responsibilities

• Carry out topographic and engineering surveys across the UK.
• Use Leica total stations, laser scanners and GPS equipment.
• Produce survey information using AutoCAD and relevant software.
• Travel to sites across the UK with occasional overnight stays.
• Receive ongoing training and technical development.
