Job Description: Land Acquisition Graduate / Buyer

Join a growing care / later living developer with a strong appetite for land acquisition. You will have significant autonomy to source sites and bring them for approval.

We are working with a cash-rich developer eager to expand through new land and development opportunities. They are looking to add an ambitious Land Graduate / Land Buyer to their team, someone proactive in using land software to identify opportunities and skilled in building relationships with agents and landowners to secure great sites.

The company has the financial capacity to execute deals and develop new sites. There is potential for progression within the next 12 months, with the company keen to develop talent internally.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing land opportunities using various land software packages.
2. Meeting with and developing relationships with agents and landowners.
3. Identifying and securing land acquisition opportunities.
4. Managing the acquisition process from start to finish.
5. Collaborating with the Land Director on existing and potential sites.
6. Representing the company at networking events and functions.

The role offers a salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
