COREcruitment Ltd is assisting a well‑established hospitality group in Lancashire to recruit a General Manager for a collection of gastro pubs and boutique accommodation. You will lead three sites, including a refurbished gastro pub with 38 bedrooms, and manage a team of around 45 to deliver a consistent guest experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong food-led background, commercial acumen across a £5m turnover, and the ability to drive performance while developing your people.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in gastro pub, destination pub or boutique hotel.
• Strong food-led hospitality background with passion for food and drink.
• Ability to manage a multi-site operation with ~£5m turnover.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a collection of three venues and lead ~45 people across sites.
• Drive guest experience, develop people, and improve commercial performance.
• Hands-on leadership on the floor, supporting the team in day-to-day operations.
