Job summary

Another Place, The Lake is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support Food & Beverage operations across Rampsbeck, The Living Space and The Glasshouse, ensuring exceptional service. You’ll rotate between locations, work under the Restaurant Manager, and help lead a large team in delivering memorable dining experiences with friendly, professional service.

You’ll contribute to training, guest satisfaction, and safe service while enjoying a picturesque Ullswater setting and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision or management.
• Strong customer service ethos and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a large team and handle guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner.
• Responsible for the smooth running of our restaurants, alternating between locations as needed.
• Deputising for our Restaurant Manager, when required.
• Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to optimize all aspects of our food service.
• Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team.
• Managing guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner.
• Approaching guest complaints, requests and enquiries, in a relaxed yet professional manner.
• Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
