Another Place, The Lake seeks a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across two distinct venues. You will work in open-kitchen Ramspbeck for fine dining and The Living Space for more relaxed sharing dishes, delivering consistent, high-quality plates.

You will collaborate with senior chefs, manage your section, and ensure stringent food safety and hygiene standards. The role offers variety, career development, and team benefits within a standout Lake District location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Professional Cookery desirable.
• NVQ Level 1 Food Hygiene essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our standards.
• Working closely with our senior chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Taking ownership of your section and helping deliver an excellent service.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Helping manage stock effectively and minimise food waste.
• Completing essential kitchen checks and records.
• Supporting the wider team with food preparation and service when needed.
• Sharing your knowledge and supporting junior chefs as part of a positive, collaborative team.
