Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting Labourers for residential projects in Oxford. You will assist on site with general labouring duties and support trades and site managers to keep projects running smoothly.

We offer both long-term and short-term roles with flexible start dates and a focus on reliability and teamwork. CSCS is preferred but not always required; candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring or site experience preferred (but not essential).
• Valid CSCS card (if required).
• Good work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist on site with general labouring duties.
• Support trades and site managers as required.
• Load and unload materials on site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
