VANRATH is partnering with a reputable organisation delivering essential housing maintenance services within the social housing sector in the United Kingdom. Join a dynamic team committed to improving communities and making a real difference every day.

This is a 6 month temporary contract with a view to permanent, offering a competitive hourly rate, potential ongoing work, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven labouring experience, preferably within social housing or similar environments
• Valid CSR card and full driving licence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen on site with daily tasks and maintenance works
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Operate with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Support site operations by handling materials and managing tools
