GAP Group is recruiting a Labourer/Driver for its Pump & Power Services Division to support advice, servicing and repair of pump equipment and water processing solutions. The role emphasizes maintaining clean depots and ensuring equipment is checked before handover, with a focus on safe driving and timely deliveries to GAP Group customers.

Ideal candidates should hold a forklift licence and a full driving licence, with good Health & Safety awareness and customer service skills.

• Keep depot areas clean and tidy on a day-to-day basis.

Working in the heart of the depot the Labourer/Driver will be responsible for keeping all areas clean and tidy day in day out, and ensuring that any equipment leaving the depot has been checked and maintained to the highest standards. You will also ensure timeous professional delivery and collection of Pump & Power Equipment to and from GAP Group customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar environment, driving responsibly and safely within the law at all times.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working within a similar role, preferably within a hire depot or yard environment
• Forklift Licence would be highly beneficial
• An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
• Full driving licence is essential
