Job summary

ADE Power Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support our welding and fabricating team in a UK workshop. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity to start and build your career in an engineering environment.

You will assist fabricators and welders, operate hand and power tools for grinding and cleaning, keep the workshop tidy, and follow PPE and site safety protocols. The role is 40 hours per week, with a 7am-4pm schedule (Mon-Thu) and 7am-1pm on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
• Basic knowledge of workshop tools and health & safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication; willingness to learn.
• Forklift licence or prior experience (preferred but not essential).

ADE Power Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality power solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke generators and associated systems. We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support our welding and fabricating team. This hands on role will support our workshop and offers a great opportunity if you are looking to start and build your career in an engineering environment.

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and from 7am to 1pm on Friday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, we also enjoy a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
