Job summary

Randstad CPE is urgently recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Site Labourer for an immediate start (today or tomorrow morning) on a commercial construction project in Tonbridge.

This role offers guaranteed 45 hours per week, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and pay options via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE.

Candidates must hold a CSCS card (Green Labourer or above), wear full PPE, and have prior site labouring experience and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).
• Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-visibility jacket/vest, hard hat, and safety gloves).
• Previous general site labouring experience.
• Hard-working, punctual, and available to start immediately today or tomorrow.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily tasks.
• Unloading delivery vehicles and safely distribution materials across site.
• Sweeping work zones, clearing construction debris, and maintaining recycling skips.
• Keeping access routes, stairwells, and walkways clear, safe, and hazard-free.
• Following site health and safety rules and wearing full PPE at all times.

Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long:Term

Working Hours: 7:30 AM : 4:30 PM (45 Hours Per Week)

Pay Rate: GBP14.00 : GBP15.50 per hour (dependent on pay type)

About The Role
