Job summary

PiLON is seeking a Labourer to support our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project in the Social Housing sector across the South-West London and Westminster area. You will work as part of a dedicated team delivering quality refurbishments for housing communities with care and professionalism.

Applicants should have experience in a similar role within social housing, hold a valid CSCS card, and possess asbestos awareness training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents in a professional and respectful manner.
• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day.
• Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day.
• Remove existing flooring as required.
• Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment.
• Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works.
• Install appropriate signage and information boards on site.
• Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project.
