Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley in London is seeking a Labourer to join our maintenance team. The role covers general labour duties in a social housing setting, with a 40-hour week between 8am – 6pm and a salary in the stated range.

You should have experience in social housing or local authorities, NVQ2 or equivalent, and hold a full UK manual driving licence; a company van is provided during working hours. Benefits include a competitive salary, 29 days leave, pension and health plan.

Title: Labourer

Location: South London

Salary: 29,397 - 30,944

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
