Job summary

Randstad CPE is looking for a reliable General Site Labourer for an ongoing construction position in Edenbridge, Kent. Starting tomorrow, you will support trades, unload materials, and help keep the site clean and safe, working 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, full PPE, and prior labouring experience. You’ll be paid weekly via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE, with a long-term outlook for reliable local work.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card (Green Labourer card or above) is essential.
• Full PPE including steel toe-cap boots, high-vis, hard hat and gloves.
• Previous general site labouring experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily operations.
• Offloading delivery vehicles and distributing materials across site safely.
• Sweeping work zones, clearing debris, and keeping site skips tidy.
• Maintaining safe walkways, stairwells, and access routes across the site.
• Following health and safety guidelines and wearing full PPE at all times.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.50 per hour (dependent on pay type)
