Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Labourer for a busy construction project at One Central Square, Cardiff. The role involves supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, and maintaining a safe, tidy work area on a temporary, site-based contract.

Ideal candidates will have a valid CSCS card and prior construction site experience, with a practical focus on health and safety and teamwork. PAYE umbrella rate is £16.88 per hour, with potential ongoing work based on performance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled trades and site management teams with daily tasks.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working areas.
• Removing waste materials and disposing of them properly.
• Assisting with deliveries and stock movement.
• Supporting site set-up and general site duties.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Using hand tools and equipment safely when required.
• Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by site management.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy construction project at One Central Square, Cardiff. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, maintaining site standards, and ensuring work areas remain safe and organised.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous construction site experience who is looking to work as part of a professional and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled trades and site management teams with daily tasks.

Essential Requirements

Desirable Requirements

• Experience supporting multiple trades on commercial construction projects.
