Job summary

GM Recruitment is seeking a General Labourer to work on a busy Tier 1 construction site in Exeter. You will perform general labouring duties, support skilled trades and keep areas clean and safe.

The role is temporary with 8-hour days. Valid CSCS Labourer card and reliable, punctual workers with good safety awareness are preferred. Start date: 28/09/2026.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Labourer card.
• Previous construction site experience.
• Full PPE safety boots and hi-vis.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• References from previous construction work.

Tier 1 Construction Site

Location: Exeter
Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £16.63 per hour via Umbrella. 8 hours a day
Start Date: 28/09/2026

GM Recruitment are currently recruiting General Labourers to work on a busy Tier 1 construction site.
