Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is seeking a Labour Coordinator for Edmonton Operations in GB. You’ll lead resource scheduling across production and upstream teams to deliver the site production plan while managing labour and budget constraints.

You will report to Production Managers and work with BU leads to keep schedules accurate, optimise manpower and ensure operational continuity, with strong focus on data-driven decisions and cost control.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and the capacity to interrogate data and cost.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and workforce planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review daily resource schedule to meet the production plan.
• Identify upcoming resource requirements from plans, holidays and sickness.
• Confirm overtime and arrange agency staff as needed.
• Run regular resource meetings with BU leads and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Maintain DLM People Plan with staff details, skills verifications and TOIL.
• Coordinate with trainers to align skills verification with training matrix.
• Produce TOIL and holiday entitlements reports monthly.
• Provide cost-to-budget financial reporting for the site.
