Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the UK is seeking a Labour Coordinator to lead resource scheduling across production and upstream teams, ensuring delivery of the daily plan by optimising available labour within headcount and budget constraints.

Reporting to Production Managers, you will own data integrity in the DLM People Plan, run monthly TOIL and holiday reports, and collaborate with BU leads to maintain continuity across GB operations and our network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily resource schedule to meet the production plan.
• Review upcoming plans for holidays and sickness.
• Confirm overtime opportunities and request agency staff.
• Conduct regular resource meetings with BU leads.
• Maintain the accuracy of the DLM People Plan and training matrix.
• Run and communicate TOIL hours owed/banked and remaining holiday entitlements.
• Run and communicate cost to budget.
