Gillespie People Solutions is looking for an experienced Labour Manager to join our Glasgow team, leading and growing a high-volume desk supplying skilled and unskilled labour across construction, fit-out and civils projects in Glasgow and the Central Belt.

You will own and manage a busy temp labour pool, ensure fast, accurate labour fulfilment for key clients, and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume labour pool.
• Deliver fast, accurate labour fulfilment for key clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow accounts.
• Maintain compliance across recruitment, onboarding and documentation.
• Strong commercial mindset with drive to grow desk and earnings.
