Job summary

Gillespie People Solutions is looking for an experienced Labour Manager to join our Glasgow team, leading and growing a high-volume desk supplying skilled and unskilled labour across construction, fit-out and civils projects in Glasgow and the Central Belt.

You will own and manage a busy temp labour pool, ensure fast, accurate labour fulfilment for key clients, and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships.

Are you an experienced Trades & Labour recruiter or labour coordinator that's ready to make a move up in your career? Our client is looking for a new Labour Manager to join their Glasgow team to lead and grow a high‑volume desk supplying skilled and unskilled labour across construction, fit‑out and civils projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt.

In this key role you will own and manage a busy temp labour pool, deliver fast, accurate labour fulfilment for key clients and develop new business opportunities wherever you find them and build relationships to expand existing accounts. Other key aspects of the role include maintaining compliance across the recruitment process, onboarding and worker documentation to ensure you help the business build on it's reputation for reliability, speed and most importantly, quality of service and candidates.
