This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laboratory Technician based near Oakham in Rutland. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing quality control tests, conducting various laboratory analyses, and adhering to safety and procedural standards. Daily tasks include sample preparation, data recording, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and efficient lab operations.
On a daily basis, we handle samples such as wastewater, sludges, slurries, grain, animal feeds, and soils. The candidate should be comfortable working with these materials, and we will tailor the role to suit an excellent candidate.
