Job summary

Apleona UK is recruiting Laboratory Auxiliary to join our Moreton site. You will maintain laboratory equipment and work areas, support lab technicians and managers with daily tasks, and ensure safety by disposing of hazardous waste according to regulations.

You will also manage consumables and solvents, perform lab glass wash and stock checks, and oversee lab coat management. The role suits detail‑oriented professionals who communicate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Laboratory Auxiliary

Location – Moreton, CH46 1QW

Hours – Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 15:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Laboratory Auxiliary, who will maintain laboratory equipment and work areas, whilst supporting our lab technicians and managers with daily tasks. You will be responsible for the disposing of hazardous waste in accordance with regulations and maintaining laboratory consumables and solvents. You will also conduct lab glass wash and stock and be responsible for lab coat management.

In addition to having strong attention to detail, you must be responsible and demonstrate excellent communication skills. If you thrive in fast-paced working environments that require a professional with drive and exceptional analytical skills, then you could be our ideal candidate.

As an Apleona Laboratory Auxiliary, we’re looking for:

• The ability to work flexibly and independently within the Laboratory Auxiliary team across various departments


• Previous experience of working within a laboratory


• Great customer service skills


• Good communication skills – written and verbal


• Strong IT skills
