Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is hiring a Manufacturing Laboratory Technician in Edgbaston on a temporary 12-month contract. The role requires GCSE or relevant degree and lab experience, with full-time hours and an 12-month assignment.

Responsibilities include manufacturing, testing ELISA components, and supporting RID kit production. You will manage your workload to a published plan, document processes, and maintain SOPs while ensuring materials are available and properly transacted.

Qualifications

• GCSE level with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a relevant degree.
• Essential: Previous experience in a laboratory environment.
• Preferred: Experience in workload management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage workload according to a published plan.
• Ensure materials are available and efficiently transacted to complete assigned work.
• Own and execute scheduled activities for designated equipment, area, or function.
• Routinely conduct training on specific processes within the team.
• Manufacture and test ELISA kit components and support RID kit production.
