Job summary

Qualifications

  • GCSE level education with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR a degree in a life science subject.
  • Hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • Strong digital literacy, including MS Excel, and accurate documentation.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage your daily workload against a published manufacturing plan.
  • Monitor and manage material inventory to ensure stock is available and correctly transacted for assigned work.
  • Operate, maintain, and own scheduled activities for designated laboratory equipment, work areas, or functions.
  • Perform routine data collection and process-checking activities to ensure quality compliance.
  • Proactively identify and assist with implementing process improvement initiatives across the department.
