The role focuses on delivering day-to-day technical services support to the RILD Laboratories, requiring excellent communication, time management and the ability to work independently within a complex research lab.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Experience providing technical support in a complex research laboratory environment.
• Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational delivery of technical services support to the RILD Laboratories.
• Support staff and students in a busy research environment, using initiative to tackle problems and plan workload.
